Experiential Marketing

Experiential marketing is where POPLIFE started 25 years ago and where we still do our best work — turning a brand idea into a place people walk into, remember, and share. From festival tours to pop-ups to custom-fabricated brand worlds, we take experiential programs from concept all the way to on-site execution. We’re an independent brand experience agency in Miami and New York.

TENTACLE TAKEOVERS — KRAKEN RUM

Kraken Rum “Tentacle Takeovers”: experiential builds taken from concept to on-site execution — read the case study.

What we do

  • Experiential strategy & concept ideation — the big idea, and the plan to make it real.
  • Experience design & fabrication — custom builds that bring the concept to life.
  • Mobile marketing tours — brand worlds on wheels, market to market.
  • Festival strategy & pop-ups — flagship moments inside the culture your audience already lives in.
  • Sponsorship negotiation, venue sourcing & contracting — the deals and spaces behind the activation.
  • Production & logistics and on-site execution — flawless delivery, on the ground.

Proof

Let’s build something

How we build an experience

Most experiential programs fail in production, not in concept. The idea survives the pitch and then dies on a permit, a load-in window, a fabrication lead time, or a staffing plan that assumed twice the throughput the space can handle. We are built to carry a program end to end for that reason: the people who concept it are accountable for whether it opens on time.

A typical engagement runs strategy and concept ideation, experience design, fabrication, venue sourcing and sponsorship negotiation, production and logistics, staffing, on-site execution, and the content and measurement plan that runs through all of it. Brands can enter at any point — some bring a finished creative platform and need an operator, others start with a business problem and no idea what the physical answer is.

Scale ranges from a single pop-up to a national mobile tour. What stays constant is that we plan capacity and throughput before we plan aesthetics, and we build the content capture into the design rather than sending a photographer at the end.

Frequently asked questions

What does an experiential marketing agency actually do?

Turns a brand idea into a physical experience people attend — strategy, concept, experience design, fabrication, venue and sponsorship negotiation, production and logistics, staffing, on-site execution, content capture, and reporting.

Do you handle fabrication and production in-house?

Yes. Fabrication, production, and logistics are part of our scope, which is what lets us hold a single point of accountability for whether the build opens on schedule.

What size programs do you take on?

From a single-day pop-up to multi-market mobile tours and six-month brand residencies.
