CPG Marketing
For CPG brands, the win is trial — getting the product into the right hands, in the right moment, again and again. POPLIFE drives it with sampling, field marketing, retail activations, and always-on content across food, beverage, and lifestyle. We’re an independent brand experience agency in Miami and New York, 25 years of turning first taste into repeat purchase.
What we do
- Sampling & trial programs — on- and off-premise, designed to convert, not just hand out.
- Field marketing & retail activation — brand presence where the purchase actually happens.
- Community & partnership development — local roots that grow customer lifetime value.
- Always-on content & social — keeping the brand in feed between activations.
- Creative & strategic program development — the concept and the plan behind the activation, not just the build.
- Experience design — how the space, the flow, and the moments are engineered so people actually engage.

How we approach CPG
CPG is a trial-and-repeat problem. Awareness is cheap and largely useless on its own; what moves the business is getting product into hands, capturing the person who tried it, and giving them a reason to come back. So our CPG programs are built around sampling volume, data capture, and the retail or on-premise relationship that makes both repeatable.
That is a field-marketing discipline more than an events one. It needs an ambassador network that can be trained and deployed to a standard, toolkits that make every market look the same, reporting that tells you which locations and which day-parts actually convert, and a partnership pipeline so the program compounds instead of resetting each quarter. Our sweetgreen new-restaurant-opening work is the clearest example: the goal was CRM acquisition and net-new customers, not impressions.
The content layer sits on top. Always-on creator and social content keeps a product visible between activations, which matters most for brands whose purchase cycle is weekly rather than seasonal.
Frequently asked questions
What CPG marketing services does POPLIFE provide?
National sampling programs (on- and off-premise), ambassador networks and promotional staffing, brand training and toolkit production, data and CRM capture, retail and community partnerships, always-on content, and event reporting.
Can you run sampling across multiple markets?
Yes. We build and train ambassador networks to a common standard and produce the toolkits and reporting that keep execution consistent market to market.
How do you measure CPG field marketing?
By trial and acquisition rather than impressions: samples served, CRM records captured, net-new customer exposure, partnerships generated, and per-location performance.
