Fashion Marketing

Fashion is culture you can wear, and POPLIFE builds the moments that put brands inside it — retail pop-ups, Art Week and fashion-summit activations, and creator collaborations. From our base in Miami’s design and fashion scene, we’ve spent 25 years turning a brand’s ethos into experiences people show up for and post about.

What we do

  • Retail & pop-up experiences — from a single drop to a months-long flagship.
  • Design & fabrication — spaces built to match a brand’s aesthetic and ethos.
  • Artist & creator collaborations — the right talent, integrated with intent.
  • Cultural-moment activation — Art Week, fashion summits, and the calendar that actually matters.
  • Creative & strategic program development — the concept and the plan behind the activation, not just the build.
  • Experience design — how the space, the flow, and the moments are engineered so people actually engage.

How we approach fashion

Fashion marketing is a calendar business. Collections, fashion weeks, art fairs, and retail moments arrive on a fixed schedule, and the brands that win are the ones whose physical presence is designed months before the doors open. We work to that calendar — concepting against a season, then handling design, fabrication, staffing, and production so the space is finished, not almost finished, on opening day.

Miami has become a genuine fashion market rather than a stop on someone else’s tour, and the Design District, Wynwood, and the Art Week and Latin American Fashion Summit calendar are where that plays out. Our Diesel White Box program ran six months in the Design District precisely because a long-lived physical space compounds: it earns media once, then keeps earning creator content, partnership conversations, and foot traffic for the length of the lease.

The other half of fashion work is people. Creator and talent partnerships, artist collaborations, and press relationships determine whether a beautiful space gets seen. We source, contract, and manage those relationships in-house rather than treating them as a media buy bolted on at the end.

Frequently asked questions

What fashion marketing services does POPLIFE offer?

Retail pop-ups and brand residencies, fashion week and art fair activations, experience design and fabrication, creator and talent partnerships, content capture, and event promotion and RSVP management.

Can you produce a pop-up from concept through build?

Yes. Strategy, concept, experience design, fabrication, venue sourcing and negotiation, production, staffing, and on-site execution are all in scope — and we run the content and measurement program alongside them.

Do you handle Miami Art Week and fashion week activations?

Yes. Miami’s Art Week, Pinta Art Fair, and the Latin American Fashion Summit are recurring parts of our calendar, and we are based here year-round rather than flying in for the week.
