Experiential Marketing Agency in Miami
POPLIFE is a Miami brand experience agency — headquartered here for 25 years, with a second home in New York. From Wynwood to the Design District to South Beach, we’ve built the activations, pop-ups, and cultural moments that make brands part of this city, not just visitors to it. If you’re looking for an experiential or brand activation agency in Miami, this is the roster and the local knowledge no out-of-town shop can match.
A Miami agency, in the culture
Miami isn’t one scene — it’s Latin and reggaeton culture, Art Basel and Pinta, Miami Music Week and III Points, Wynwood murals and Brickell rooftops. We work across all of it, with the venue, artist, and trade relationships that only come from being based here. That local fluency is why brands trust us to activate in Miami without feeling like tourists.
Miami is home, not the limit. POPLIFE runs out of two offices — Miami and New York — with field teams across every major U.S. market, so a Miami activation can scale into a national program without changing partners.
What we do here
- Experiential marketing & pop-ups — from festival footprints to flagship brand homes.
- Field marketing & trade advocacy — ambassador and sampling programs across Miami’s on- and off-premise accounts.
- Cultural partnerships — creators, artists, and tastemakers who move the local culture.
- Content & community management — always-on content that captures the city.

Let’s build something in Miami
Why a Miami agency matters for this work
Experiential work is local work. Permits, venues, fabricators, staffing pools, promoters, and the people who actually know which block matters this year are all relationships, and relationships are not something a national agency can spin up for a two-week program. We have been building them here for 25 years.
That matters most in the moments the city is at capacity. During Art Week, Music Week, Formula 1, and III Points, venue availability, labor, and production resources get scarce and expensive, and the brands that execute well are the ones who booked early through people they already work with. We plan against that calendar rather than reacting to it.
We work across Wynwood, the Design District, Brickell, Little Havana, South Beach, and Downtown — and for national brands we act as the local operator behind a program that a lead agency or in-house team is directing from elsewhere.

Brand activations for Miami’s biggest moments
Miami runs on a calendar. The brands that show up well during the city’s peak weeks are the ones who booked venues, crews and talent months before the rest of the market started calling. We plan against that calendar year round.
Art Basel Miami Beach and Miami Art Week
Early December, and the single most competitive week in the city for venues, fabrication and staffing. POPLIFE has produced Art Week programming in the Design District, Wynwood and Miami Beach, including a six-month Diesel residency and Maison Perrier at Pinta. If you are looking for an Art Basel event company in Miami, the work starts in summer, not November.
Miami Swim Week
Late May into June. Runway, poolside and resort programming across Miami Beach, with the hospitality and trade access that swim and beverage brands need to reach buyers, press and creators in the same room.
Miami Music Week and Ultra
March. The city fills with label, artist and brand activations across South Beach, Wynwood and Downtown. We build festival footprints, satellite venues and creator programs around it.
Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix
May. Hard Rock Stadium and the citywide program around it. Hospitality builds, trackside footprints and off-site brand homes, in a week where production capacity is the binding constraint.
III Points
October, in Wynwood and the Design District. Our 400 Conejos festival activation ran here: 19K consumers engaged, 5,700 sampled, 2.4M social impressions.
Miami Open and the Miami International Boat Show
March and February. Two more moments that pull national brands into the market, both with their own venue and permitting realities.
Miami event week questions
Do you produce brand activations during Art Basel and Miami Art Week?
Yes. Art Week is one of our busiest periods. We handle venue sourcing, permitting, fabrication, staffing and on-site execution in the Design District, Wynwood and Miami Beach, for local brands and for national brands activating in the market.
Can you run Miami Swim Week and Miami Music Week programs?
Yes. Both are on our standing calendar, along with Formula 1, the Miami Open, III Points and the Boat Show.
How far in advance should we book for a Miami event week?
For Art Week, six months is comfortable and three is tight. Venue, labor and production capacity all get scarce and expensive as the date approaches, which is the single biggest driver of cost on these programs.
Planning around one of these? The lead time is longer than most brands expect. Let’s talk.
