Experiential Marketing Agency in New York
A New York agency, not a visiting one
New York is the most competitive activation market in the country. The venues are booked further out, the permitting is stricter, the labor rules are real, and the audience has seen every brand idea twice. Running a program here from somewhere else means paying for the learning curve twice — once in budget and once in the moments that don’t land.
POPLIFE has an office and working operations in New York, alongside our Miami headquarters. That means local producers, venue and vendor relationships, and staff who can be on site the morning something changes — not a team flying in the day before load-in.
What we do in New York
- Experiential marketing & pop-ups — from a single-night takeover to a months-long retail residency, produced end to end.
- Field marketing & trade advocacy — ambassador and sampling programs across the city’s on- and off-premise accounts.
- Cultural partnerships — the creators, artists, and tastemakers who actually move a New York audience.
- Content & community management — always-on content that keeps the brand in feed between activations.
- Creative & strategic program development — the concept and the plan behind the activation, not just the build.
- Experience design — how the space, the flow, and the moments are engineered so people actually engage.
How we approach New York
The city is not one market. A Lower East Side bar program, a SoHo retail pop-up, a Williamsburg warehouse build, and a Bronx or Queens community program are four different audiences with four different sets of logistics. We plan by neighborhood, not by borough, because that is how New Yorkers actually decide where to spend a night.
The calendar matters as much as the map. New York Fashion Week, the Armory Show, Governors Ball, the US Open, Pride, and the holiday retail run each create a window where attention is already concentrated — and a corresponding window where venues, staff, and fabrication shops are fully booked. We build backward from those dates rather than into them.
For spirits and beverage clients there is a further layer: New York’s three-tier system and State Liquor Authority rules govern what a brand can pour, sample, and promote, and where. We plan programs to be compliant from the first draft, with legal-drinking-age (21+) standards and responsible-serving practice built in rather than added at review.
National reach, run from two offices
POPLIFE operates from Miami and New York with field teams across every major U.S. market. That structure is deliberate: a brand can pilot in one city and scale to a national footprint — multi-market sampling, mobile tours, simultaneous launches — without changing agencies or re-explaining the program. If your program is Miami-first, see our Miami experiential marketing page.

Yes. POPLIFE is headquartered in Miami with a second office and working operations in New York, plus field teams across every major U.S. market.
What kinds of brand activations do you run in New York?
Retail and hospitality pop-ups, on-premise and nightlife programs, fashion and cultural-moment activations, sampling and field marketing, creator partnerships, and always-on content — produced end to end, including fabrication and staffing.
Can you run New York and other markets at the same time?
Yes. Multi-market programs are a core part of what we do — national sampling, mobile tours, and simultaneous multi-city launches coordinated from our Miami and New York offices.
